Nabiyla Risfa Izzati is a labour law lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). She holds a Bachelor of Laws from UGM, a Master of Laws from Leiden University, and a PhD from Queen Mary University of London. Her research focuses on gender and work, workers’ rights, trade unions, and Indonesian labour law. Nabiyla is actively involved as a researcher at the Law, Gender, and Society Research Centre (LGS FH UGM) and the Center for Digital Society (CfDS UGM), and she is currently a Fellow at the Center of Economic and Law Studies (CELIOS).
