I am a motivated and enthusiastic scholar with passion for science and education. I have interest in genetic engineering and marine biology. Outside academia, I am concerned with the education of young scientist (age 12-18) by doing research and innovation (www.sagasitas.org). I also support the open science and DIY (Do-It-Yourself) movement of Hackers, Makers, and DIYBio, for I believe that it is the right way to bring back science and technology to society.
